Took my 2009 A180 to K&G and they did an awesome job getting it back to almost new again! Great communication on any extras required and very good at explaining technical stuff in layman's terms.

We can highly recommend Shlomi to anyone, wanting someone to look after their vehicle. We asked Shlomi to have a look at our 2000 BMW 523I 2.5L, which due to circumstances, had not been maintained for some time. He was able to bring it back to top running order and we are very happy with the outcome. Shlomi not only gives great old fashioned and honest service, but he also persevered with sourcing scarce parts from overseas for us. All of this work was done at a reasonable cost. Shlomi is well backed up in the office by Sivan and Einat, who we found to be extremely pleasant and helpful. We will certainly be going back to K & G Automotive with both of our much loved BMWs. What a fantastic service K & G provided me, Not only was it at a reasonable price but Shlomi explained the problem and future problems that could be developed as a cause of this. Couldn't recommend a better mechanic for European cars. 10/10

Just got my car serviced at K & G. I'd previously taken my car to a few other dealerships in the area, but none were able to find the solution to my engine light. That was until I dropped the car off at K & G and they found it out the source of the issue in no time at all. Great service! Would recommend them to anyone.

Sharing the experience on behalf of my partner. He went in for a service. Was given a quote $1200 worth of things to fix next time he comes. He came roughly a month later expecting to spend $1200 roughly based on the quote given. He left spending $1700+ plus 70 they added for parts not on the list, PLUS another quote of roughly $3000 of extra work “needing” but wasn’t talked about in the service a month prior. They wrote each thing to be done to be paid separately. Some of these things were 2x and wasn’t made clear that only half the cost was written down. (The price to fix one not the price to fix the whole issue). Only quoting one of the two so it looks less expensive. Example: Replace example part one $500 Replace example part two $300 Replace example part three each $300 Most people would think it is $1100 but it is $1400. This company wasn’t transparent with what it would cost. Recap: They quoted $1200 on service, or made it look like $1200. Then in a month since that service and fixing the $1200 quote which was actually $1700, not only this charged an extra $70 of parts that wasn’t on the list. Then they are saying there is another $3000 worth of things extra to be fixed, which they didn’t say anything about in the service. They had the car for two days and it cost $1000 of labour. Two days while probably they spent a few hours in those days to fix. Never will be returning. The least you can expect from a business is to get a clear number for how much it cost. The customer shouldn’t have to look for hidden costs. It should be direct.

I have my current car for 10 years and finally after seeing other mechanics I randomly came across this company on FB and who knew about MB cars. I visited the workshop about 3 weeks ago for a diagnosis and repairs and I can say that I am very satisfied with the work done. Shlomi was very professional and explained in detail what was done to the car. He even went for a drive with me to test the car and I couldn't fault it. I am happy to recommend K&G Automotive Services for your car. My car is running better than ever and I love it 🙂 Will take my car back there for other repairs and services.

Really happy with the service here. They were very friendly and good communication, and since I have a limited budget they recommended which services were most important so I could prioritize the more urgent matters and delay the less urgent issues. Pricing is quite reasonable. 10/10. The free car was was a nice touch too 😉

Fantastic Service and pricing, what a great experience from the up front quote over the phone to the friendly welcome on arrival, I was also given a replacement car for the day. They had the car finished when they said they would and even washed it - inside and out. No pushy sales tactics just honest GOOD service and great workmanship. 100% recommend this instead of AUDI service center any day. Wish i had found them earlier.

Sent the car in for coolant leakage. I have a bottle of coolant in the trunk and they used it without telling me and even charge me for coolant. Customer service person ring and I complained and they never get back to me the reason or refund. The customer service who arrange for car to pick me up from train station was very inpatient and unfriendly. Despite that I have to leave work early to get to them, she insist that the garage has to close at 4:30 and need me to be there otherwise I have to pick up the car next day. Will never go back again

ABSOLUTELY do not take your car to K & G Automotive. I had been a customer of theirs for several years. I then bought a second car, which needed a RWC and some work to attain that status. Here are some of the problems I encountered with that episode:- First of all, my A/C was working - nice and cold - before I took it to K & G. When I picked it around a week later, it had been de-gassed. No doubt they hoped I would return and pay them for a re-gas. Not likely. When I entrusted my car to them, it had a jack in the boot, but not when I received it back. I didn't discover this until some time later when I had a flat tyre on The Logan Motorway. That required a tow - $100 I should not have had to spend. Thanks a lot. When I gave them the car, it had a brand new locking fuel cap that was working and was locked. It was returned with the fuel cap damaged so that I could not lock it. Yes the keys I gave them included the fuel cap key, as they were all on the same ring. Now why they would need to open the fuel cap is anyone's guess. Could there have been fuel taken from the tank? Who knows? I was charged $800 to fix a bloody seat belt light/indicator. I wish I had fixed it myself with a bloody Nikko pen. I was charged $700 to balance a tail shaft (that wasn't a road worthy issue). That tail shaft had no issues and I know because I drove the car before I brought it to you. I truly wish I had challenged the invoice as I am certain that I could have had a second mechanical opinion to support my findings above. As for the work actually performed, it was all done correctly. I am insulted that I have been ripped off and taken for a fool.

Wonderful business and caring people!!! A couple of weeks ago my Peugeot completely lost all power in traffic. After doing hours of online searching I kept coming back to the website of KandG. I contacted them the following day and I was able to not only get immediate attention (despite the evident busyness of the workshop) but also was blessed by a courtesy car that was returned earlier than anticipated from another client. So the time taken from the initial terrifying incident of having no power in my car in peak hour traffic to driving my own fully repaired vehicle back home again was three days total... only missing one day at work- I couldn’t believe my good fortune being led to these guys!!! Prices were reasonable and the invoices reflect their transparency in accountability.. Shlomi was excellent in explaining in great detail the issues that were wrong with my car and what the solutions were.. not once did I get any feeling that I was being taken advantage of because I am female and clearly not as literate in the language of mechanics... I have found my forever mechanics!!! Thanks KandG- you’ve got my vote!!!!

We have been getting our vehicles serviced here for many years and have always found K & G to be reliable, honest and fairly priced. The last service on our Grand Cherokee was recently completed by K & G, instead of the selling dealer, and it has never run better. We have recommended them to several friends who now all say the same

I have recently bought a 15yo Audi TT. As expected it has had a few issues, but each time I have had something done, K&G have communicated very well about what needed to be done and the cost. I live a long way from their workshop so I always try to coordinate some other business in Brisbane at the same time and this is made possible by a courtesy car. I also own a 2010 Alfa Romeo GT and take it to an independent Alfa Romeo specialist. I have found great benefit in using service technicians like K&G who know your marque.

I was impressed by the service, they diagnosed the problems with my Gold Mk4 Gti quickly and called and consulted me with the problems and solutions before doing any work. Cost was very reasonable.The car runs smoothly now and they even called me a few days later to check everything was ok.

I originally thought they were great but since I put my e39 in for right hand ball joint done I have had trouble with my tyres scrubbing the guard at the top so I went to get them cambered back in the way the left one originally was before it went there and got straightened up thinking since I've had right ball joint done it should hold camber now but when I went to get it cambered in they said they physically can not camber the right one any more then it is but can camber the left another degree so why they couldn't camber the right properly is because these guys replaced the whole arm instead of just the ball joint and the new arm is longer than the original on the left side so I know can not camber my right side anymore and I would not recommend to any bmw owner as they claim there European car specialist but can't even fit the correct size part on my car and has costed me another set of rear tyres due to it taking chunks out of the tyre from rubbing gaurd

Highly recommend. I went there based on reviews I had read online after having an issue with my patrol. Dropped car in that day within the hour Shlomi phoned me up explaining the issue and what the cost would be before any work was carried out. Excellent customers service and fixed an oil leak previous mechanics didn't want to touch. Will be using them for future work from now on.

It was just by chance that my Nissan ended up at K&G Automotive. And I am grateful I did. For months I have put up with a loud noise coming from my front end. 1 day at the mechanics and not only did Shlomi and his team of mechanics fix my noise issue. Which is now so quiet it's deafening. They also physically showed me some issues I need to pay attention to. Shlomi gave me a great quote & allowed me to make payments leading up to getting the work done. He also waved $88 off my bill. Now that's pretty awesome.. I've already booked my car in to have it serviced and the other issues fixed. And to help me get around I also get a free courtesy car. That's just amazing. I highly recomend this work shop to any car owner. Just straight, honest service. 5 stars.

Consumer beware - unprofessional and unable to services vehicle sufficiently. Incompetent mechanic, be very careful dealing with the business. I am currently processing a claim for damage to vehicle and Non-delivery of products & services with ACCC.

These Guys have no idea what there talking about. took my car to them, they said it was one thing, didn't think it was that so took the car to bmw motorline, they told me something completely different, I would take the word of a bmw mechanic over these guys any day. Don't know why this place has so many good reviews? Could be fakes? All I know is wewi not be going here again.

I would like recommend car service and/or repair at KG automotive. The boss is a very nice person and shows great patience. Communication has been maintained throughout car service to negotiate about pricing and to update me with necessary information, like assessment of car condition, which parts should be replaced and which should be repaired, etc. He and his team can think in customers' position, and recommend a solution scheme that is beneficial and economical to customers, rather than asking to replace all parts with brand new ones in an irrational way. The warranty period is one year, and I am happy that KG automotive has kept this promise and tried to help me out when I have problems after car service. I learned about KG Automotive from google when I was about to do service and am overall satisfied with this experience. It is a place worth to go and I recommend you guys to drive your car there for service and repair.

I have had the pleasure of the K&G service twice for my E Class Mercedes-Benz. The staff is pleasant and communication is very good. Schlomi is extremely helpful and was recently able to have some work done under warranty for me, where the manufacturers warranty on the car expired quite a few years ago. I would highly recommend K&G. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Their workshop is clean and well organised and my car is washed and cleaned after being serviced.
