We use the advanced Autologic diagnostic tool for European vehicles, and other workshops refer difficult diagnostic and repair work to us when specialist expertise is needed.

Our pricing is fair and explained up front, and is up to 50 percent lower than dealer group pricing.

K&G Automotive was founded in 2008 by Shlomi Kuba and his wife Einat. In 2026, the family business celebrates 18 years of service.

Shlomi has more than 25 years of automotive engineering experience. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, learnt his automotive craft at training centres in Germany, and worked for Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Israel and then for the Mercedes-Benz Brisbane dealership before founding K&G with Einat. He was named Best Technician in Europe at the 2002 Mitsubishi Motors European Technician Olympics.

Shlomi personally supervises the work, and his team of thirteen specialise in European vehicles including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI, Škoda and Land Rover.

Mercedes Service FAQs

Most Mercedes-Benz models alternate between two scheduled services. Service A is the smaller service, built around an oil and filter change and safety checks. Service B is more thorough, with extra inspections and replacements. Your dashboard shows which one is due, so tell us when you book.

No. Using an independent repairer does not void your manufacturer’s new car warranty. Australian Consumer Law protects your right to choose where your vehicle is serviced, as long as the work is carried out to the manufacturer’s specifications using suitable parts, which is exactly how we work. Tell the team when you book if your Mercedes is still under warranty.

Yes. We have courtesy cars for customers while their car is with us. Numbers are limited, so please ask for one when you book.

Yes. We service the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Vito as well as Mercedes passenger cars. Business vehicles get priority service, and commercial loan vans are available. See our commercial van servicing page for details.
